Membership Plans

You can organize your members and pages into Membership Plans to offer access to exclusive content on your site. Plans can be free or paid. For example, one of your customers has asked you to create a site that includes online cooking courses. With membership plans, users can join in order to get access to online video courses.

Plans

To view and manage your Membership Plans, in the side panel, click Membership, then click Membership Plans.

Create New Membership Plans

To create new Membership Plans:

  1. In the side panel, click Membership Plans.

  2. Click + New membership plan, and complete the following:

    • Name. Type a title for the plan.

    • Description. Type a description.

    • Assigned Pages. Select the site pages from the list that members of this plan will be able to access.

    • Members. Click +Add Members to add members to this plan. Only these members will be able to access the assigned pages for this plan.

    • Pricing. Click Demo, Free, or Paid and then select a billing frequency (weekly, monthly, yearly). Type a price for the plan. For paid membership plans, you must be on a Business plan.

  3. Click Save.

Edit and Delete Membership Plans

To edit or delete existing plans:

  1. In the side panel, click Membership Plans.

  2. Click the three dots icon next to the plan you want to edit or delete.

    • Edit membership plan. Edit any details, add additional assigned pages or members, and then click Save.

    • Delete membership plan. Click Delete to confirm.

Configure Paid Membership

To accept payment for paid membership:

  1. Create a plan following the steps in the Create New Membership plan section.

  2. Under Pricing, click Paid, and then select a billing frequency (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).

  3. Type a Price for the plan.

  4. Click Save.

If you have not previously connected a payment gateway to accept payment, click connect a payment gateway

Connect Payment Gateway

Note

Currently, you must connect Stripe as the payment gateway.

To connect a payment gateway to accept payment for membership plans:

  1. In the side panel, click Membership Plans.

  2. At the top of the page, click connect a payment gateway. Alternatively, in the side panel click Settings, and then click Payment gateways.

  3. Currently, you must connect Stripe as the payment gateway. Next to Stripe, click Connect.

  4. Follow instructions to log in and set up Stripe. To manage changes to your Stripe account, click Manage.
